Ron and Gil of M.E Development did a great job completing the ground up construction of 3 ADUs behind the existing Triplex in the Picfair Village area. After the build, the property now has 6 units. Their team was organized, excellent communication and planning with all the vendors, including the Architect, Designer and management team. They posted weekly pictures and videos to show full updates. Maintained a very clean site, which is very important. In addition, their construction budget was very fair and appreciated the professionalism. Another important note is they maintained good relationships with the current tenants and neighbors. I highly recommend them. Great work!

We just finished building a 2-bedroom ADU in Beverlywood with M.E. Development, Inc. – ADU Builders, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They truly handled everything from start to finish — design, permits, and construction — and delivered on time, which we really appreciated; only FIVE MONTHS!I saw one of his other just completed ADUs before we started, and discussed implementing a lot of the design from that unit, and planned together how to custom design ours, to our needs. I was impressed with Gil’s creativity, flexibility and impeccable taste. All throughout he helped me choose great quality fixtures, hardware and supplies, while looking for the most economical way to get it done.We built the ADU, for our newly married daughter and Son-in-law, and it turned out beautiful — modern, spacious, and super functional. The open kitchen and custom cabinets surpassed what we could have ever imagined, and the bedrooms get so much natural light. You can tell they really care about quality and details. If you’re thinking about building an ADU in Los Angeles, I highly recommendM.E. Development, Inc. – ADU Builders. The project was stress-free, the project moved fast and flowed from one phase to the next seamlessly, and we are beyond proud of the end result!

We hired M.E. Development to build a 2-bedroom, 1-bath ADU behind our duplex in Mid-City L.A. (near Wilshire & Fairfax), and they did an amazing job! They made the ADU construction simple and friendly, helped us choose budget-friendly finishes and fixtures that elevated the ADU, and even assisted with the hardscape and landscaping. Their expertise in building high-quality, well-designed homes really shows. We stayed on budget, and they delivered on time.Highly recommend M.E. Development for anyone looking for ADU builders in Mid-City L.A.!

As a local realtor in Mar Vista, I had the pleasure of referring my client to ME Development Inc. for their ADU build—and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the ME team was professional, transparent, and incredibly detail-oriented.They handled everything—from design and permits to construction—with efficiency and care. The finished ADU is absolutely beautiful: modern, functional, and thoughtfully integrated into the existing property. It not only increased the home’s value but created new income potential for my client.I’m always looking for trusted partners in the real estate space, and ME Development has truly earned my highest recommendation. If you’re considering an ADU project in West LA or Mar Vista, you’re in excellent hands with this team.Dana Behar, RealtorMar Vista, CA

I'm absolutely thrilled with our total duplex renovation through M.E Development's Design Build process. The transformation is beautiful—beyond what we imagined. From the beginning, they helped us develop a clear scope of work, thoughtful design, and a realistic budget. The process was smooth and collaborative every step of the way. We’re now working with them again to build an ADU in the backyard of the duplex, and I couldn’t be more excited. Looking forward to many more projects together!

ME Development built 2 ADUs for my family at our duplex in LA. Dealing with the city and the inspectors was complicated but they handled it professionally and dealt with every curveball the city threw at the project. Like every construction project, we hit some engineering issues and some change orders that were necessary. They we incredibly fair on the pricing of each change and the project came in very near to the original budget.Even though the plans were complete, there were a number of times where they used their expertise to recommend subtle changes that really enhanced our project. Their workers did a great job on cabinets, tiling and flooring and the ADUs look great. Many of our neighbors have come by to admire the job and now they want to build an ADU in their yards.I would absolutely recommend ME Development to anyone considering building any kind of project or remodel at their home. It isn't always the case that a homeowner gets along with their contractor but this group is really the exception to the rule.Don't waste your time with other contractors. Their work is high quality and their pricing is very reasonable. I will be using them again in the future and looking forward to it.
